Important Information Our delivery and returns policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions set out on this website, both govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods from JILLYS-MALL.COM.

* All orders for delivery are dispatched on a working day by recorded delivery. Please note that orders are shipped from United Kingdom. If there will be any delay, we will inform you immediately. You can also contact us by email at customerservice@jillys-mall.com for information on expected delivery date.
* Delivery charge is calculated based on weight and destination. The cost of delivery includes packaging.
* A working day includes any day from Monday to Friday, except national public holidays.
* Any order received and dispatched on Friday might be dispatched the following week.
* When making an order you must leave your email address and a contact telephone number where we can contact you during our normal office hours in the UK.

1. Contact Details
1.1 If you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order or a return of an item, you can contact our customer service team by:

2. Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated automatically:

2.1 When you place your order and payment has been processed, we will email you to confirm that your goods will be dispatched.

2.2 Please note that your order is not completed until we send an email to confirm dispatch.

2.3 You should ensure you have supplied the correct full contact details, especially the post-code. If your details and/or post-code are later found to be incorrect or are changed, you should contact us as soon as possible after the mistake has been discovered or change implemented. We will not be responsible for deliveries made to a wrong address as a result of incorrect details supplied by you.

2.4 If you require individual items to be delivered at separate times or to different destinations, each will incur a separate packaging and postage charge to the destination in question. We recommend that you call or email us with your order so that we may ensure that the items in your order are dispatched to the correct destination.

2.5 Deliveries will be made to the door of the address given at the time of purchase. A signature on delivery as proof of delivery might be required by the carrier. If you are not normally at home during the day, we can deliver the order to your office or neighbour at your request

3. Delivery Times
3.1 Delivery of your order will be made within the following approximate time frames from the time of dispatch:

USA and Canada: 5 - 8 working day;
UK : 2 - 3 working day;
Mainland Europe: 5 - 8 working days; and
USA and Canada: 7-10 working days.

3.2 For orders over $300, delivery is FREE

3.3 We aim to dispatch your order on the same day that we receive your order, provided that your order has been received and confirmed before 3 p.m. on a working day. In times of high demand, we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.

4. Availability of Stock
4.1 In periods of high demand there may be instances where there could be a shortfall in certain stock and we will put a block on that item from being purchased until further notice.

4.2 We recommend that you email us with your interest in purchasing the item. Once the item(s) arrive or are due to arrive we will then notify you of its availability. When contacting us, please provide us with the product number and colour or other distinctive feature.

4.3 There might be an opportunity to pay in advance for such goods in order to secure your item(s). In this case, we will register you as a priority customer upon payment in full.

4.4 If the goods in question are not available for delivery within 30 days of such order, we will notify you of this unfortunate circumstance and provide a full refund of the amount paid for such item(s), if payment has been made. If no payment has yet been made, we will not process payment.

5. Import Duties - special notice for International Shipping
5.1 Customs or import duties may be levied on some orders. Any charges for customs clearance, if any, must be borne by the recipient. Such charges will vary from country to country and you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

6. Cancellation before dispatch: Local and International deliveries
You may cancel your order at any time before the dispatch of your order. If you cancel on the day of dispatch (or a non-working day prior to the day of dispatch) we will charge you for the cost of package and posting by retaining such sum from the amounts reimbursed.

7. Problems with your Delivery
7.1 If your goods are incorrect, lost, delayed or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@jillys-mall.com. If this problem cannot be rectified, any item in your order which is lost or damaged will:

(a) be replaced at our cost. We will also reimburse your cost of returning the damaged goods up to the equivalent of the first class registered post (in the UK) or registered air mail (outside the UK) ordinarily required for such item, save where there is an arrangement between us and our carrier which does not require you to pay for the return of the Goods; or

(b) be reimbursed to the equivalent price of the damaged item(s) (including the original cost for packaging and posting).

7.2 The above options are subject to receipt by us of the damaged item(s) in question and our reasonable satisfaction of the cause of damage or confirmation of non-delivery by the carrier.

7.3 Alternatively, a credit note can be issued to the value of the item returned (together with the delivery and return cost) which can be credited to your next order. Again, this is subject to the item(s) in question being returned to us.

7.4 The option of receiving a replacement item(s) or credit note does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Your right to return: the 7 days easy return policy.
8.1 If you change your mind in respect of your purchase after your order has been dispatched, you may, within 7 days of delivery, return those goods to us. We will give you a full refund of your order (less the packaging and postage charge, which is non-refundable) upon receipt by us of the item(s) in question.

This policy only applies to European Union based customers only.

8.2 Only items that have not been used, spoiled, marked, damaged or altered in any way will be refunded. Please note that this 7 days easy return policy does not apply to goods which:

(a) are on sale or special promotion (other than special previews);

(b) are made on special delivery or special order.

8.3 To benefit from this returns policy, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by written notice to the contact details set out above. For email notices, please insert the word ‘Returns’ in the subject heading and send to customerservice@jillys-mall.com. In addition, along with the item send a note with your name, address, invoice number and reason for returning the item.

8.4 Returns must be posted to us within 2 working days of written notification of your decision to return the goods in question.

8.5 Any refunds can only be made on receipt by us of the items in question. No liability on Jilly's can be accepted for goods lost or damaged in transit when they are returned to us. We therefore recommend that you return items by recorded first class post and ensure that the goods in question are adequately insured.

8.6 In any event, the above does not affect your statutory rights, and you have a right to return defective or faulty items within a reasonable time of receipt.
