Q 1. Can i return any piece of clothing if they don't size me?
A. Yes, our policy is that all orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping charge.

Q 2. Do you have petite sizes (4 - 8) and shorter leg lengths?
A. Yes, we have petite sizes (4 - 8) however some of our jeans do not come in short leg lengths.

Q 3. Can you show more pictures?
A. Yes, we have more pictures of our clothing unfortunately we cannot put all our pictures on the site. We can send you more pictures by email, just send an email to our customer service (sales@jillys-mall.com)

Q 4. Is your sizing chart accurate?
A. Our sizing chart is accurate for 90% of our clothing. As you're probably aware sizing varies with manufacturers so we always try to add specific sizing in the descriptions.

Q 5. Description not very clear, can I get more details?
A. Yes. Where there is insufficient detail. Please write us and we will be happy to send you more details and also update the description on the site. We have a large collection of clothing and sometimes we don't get the full description added before the product goes live.

Q 6. Can you deliver next day?
A. Yes we can. We guarantee that 95% of our orders will arrive the next day if ordered before 2 pm and if courier services have been selected at checkout. Special delivery over the weekend can be arranged.

Q 7. Can I change my order?
A. Yes, you can. However this is possible if your order has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, just return it and we will change your order.

Q 8. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes you can. If your order has not been dispatched. We will stop delivery and make a full refund. If your order has been dispatched, when you return it and we will make a full refund excluding shippinng charges.

Q 9. I’m not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
A. The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

Q 10. How long will it take to refund me?
A. Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:

. Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).
. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within 2 Working Days).
